SynoVation Valley Leadership Academy (SVLA) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization established in July 2015, which focuses on innovative leadership development programs which recognizes breakthrough ideas come from passionate individuals.  The academy is committed to inspiring participants to new personal levels which will positively impact participants as individuals, their family and their community.  SynoVation Valley Leadership Academy is a customized and unique leadership program that goes above and beyond studying different leadership styles and community awareness.

The SynoVation Valley Leadership Academy (SVLA) Board is the governing body of the organization with final decision-making power over the SVLA program and organization.  The Board members, all of whom are volunteers, are uniquely qualified to create a successful nonprofit program.  The Board works with the SVLA action committees, attorney, accountant and program consultant to address specific components within the organization and program. The Board authorizes courses of action and sets policy at monthly board meetings. The Executive Committee, consisting of the President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer, performs the duties and authority of the Board between board meetings.  In addition to the Board members, a Core Leadership team facilitates program coordination, participant enrollment, program design and implementation.  All Board and Core team members hold advanced degrees in various fields of studies.
